74AUP2Gxx Advanced Ultra-Low Power Logic

Diodes Inc. 74AUP2Gxx Advanced Ultra-Low Power CMOS Logic devices are designed for low voltage and_low energy operation. They extend battery cell lifetime for a variety of hand-held consumer electronics, including cell phones, e-readers, and_tablets. The logic devices'_static power consumption is low with a leakage current of less than 0.9µA. Dynamic power consumption is also minimized with a typical power dissipation capacitance of 6pF at 3.6V. The 74AUP2G family operates over the 0.8V to 3.6V range and_enables circuit supplies to be reduced to the lowest practical levels. The ultra-low-power 74AUP2G logic family is initially comprised of seven different dual-gate devices. Combinations of inversion and_buffering functions include: inverters;_inverters with open-drain output;_buffers;_buffers with open-drain output;_Schmitt trigger inverters and_Schmitt trigger buffers.
